Welcome to my site, A Hippy In Post Modern Society. My name's Goran, I'm a 21 year old freelance human living in Melbourne, Australia. I enjoy philosophising about the ways of people and the world they live in. God is extremely important to me. The people I have shared a house with the past two decades are not so important - though I do care for them. Though my life hasn't been without its negatives, I have been mostly lucky. My friends and all the people I know are a big part of my life - they are responsible for the person I am. I'm a highly emotional being who didn't have the opportunity of free expression as a child and adolescent. Thus I now create and express myself proficiently - web sites, poetry, prose pieces, lyrics.

I hope to make this site a virtual portal into my life, where I can express my thoughts and ideals without fear of persecution or biased criticism from anyone who has too much influence over me. However, I do leave it open to you, my dear audience, to take whatever you need from it and to give whatever you can afford to give it. A fair while ago during a brainstorming session for an old site of mine I came up with "The Four L's", which I try to live by - to LEARN, to LIVE, to LAUGH and most importantly to LOVE!
